Cleverside is seeking a Support Manager, who will join our Product team.

✅ Expected daily tasks:

• Create unique textual content for casual games and apps, including notifications, social media posts and localisation;
• Analyse and report game issues, including in-depth analysis of player feedback and suggestions for game improvements;
• Identify and escalate emerging/trending game bugs;
• Make a research of competitors activity and try to understand the portrait of the target audience;
• Assist the team in solving issues by maximising player delight;
• Monitoring email requests and timely responses to reviews.

✨ Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience working as a Support Specialist;
• Professional copywriting and communication skills in English (В2+) and Russian;
• Ability to create texts for different content types (notifications, social media posts, in-app content, etc.);
• Great analytical skills: creating the portrait of the audience to write for, testing and analysis of different hypotheses;
• Strong knowledge of American cultural trends;
• Deep research skills;
• Previous experience as a Copywriter will be a plus.
