Product manager (marketing specialist)

Representative office of «Jadran-Galenski Laboratorij d.d.» (Croatia) in Belarus

We are looking for an experienced PRODUCT MANAGER to play an important role in the development, adaptation and implementation of the marketing strategy for promoting the JGL’s products in Belarus

Responsibilities:

1. Development, adaptation and implementation of a marketing strategy for the promotion of entrusted products, preparation of a marketing budget.

2. Development and implementation of a marketing promotion plan within the agreed budget for the entrusted products.

3. Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing investments.

4. Analysis of the market potential for the new launches, analysis of competitors activities.

5. Participation in the development of assortment and pricing policy.

6. Development of advertising materials, their approval by the Ministry of Health.

7. Development and control of implementation of cycle campaigns.

8. Collaboration with external contractors.

9. Training of medical representatives.

10. Cooperation with key opinion leaders (KOLs).

Requirements:

University degree (marketing, pharmaceuticals, medicine + additional marketing or business education).

Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (brand/product manager in pharmaceutical companies).

Proficiency in digital marketing tools.

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.

Proficient in data analysis with a keen eye for detail.

Fluency in written and spoken English – Intermediate level (B1) is a must.

Driver's license of category B.

Strong analytical skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills
