UI/UX Designer

Human Lab is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who brings not just skills, but fresh perspective, attention to detail, and a passion for creating outstanding user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Create UX/UI designs for mobile applications, landing pages, multi-page websites, and e-commerce platforms.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final designs using Figma.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and build user flows.
• Estimate design scope and effort for upcoming projects.
• Design visual assets for branding and identity: logos, brand books, style guides.
• Develop marketing materials: pitch decks, presentations, brochures, business cards, menus, posters, and certificates.
• Work on social media visuals and support branding consistency across platforms.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Solid knowledge of Figma, Miro, and other modern design tools.
• Proven experience in prototyping, responsive design, mobile UI, and design systems.
• Understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and iterative design processes.

Nice to have:

• Background in graphic design and willingness to take on visual/print projects.
• Familiarity with tools like Mockups, Trello, Notion, Jira.
