Presale Manager

Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing. Now we are looking for a Presale Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a large number of estimations for diverse and unique projects;
• Collaborate closely with various estimation teams across multiple business domains and technologies;
• Oversee the creation of pre-project documentation and contribute to it directly;
• Work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality;
• Implement new processes and directly participate in their creation;
• Participate in training of specialists within estimation teams;
• Communicate extensively with internal and external stakeholders;
• Take part in negotiations with clients;
• Be prepared to work hard to successfully fulfill the above responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience;

• 3+ years of experience with RFPs;

• Background in finance, banking, or insurance;

• Excellent presentation and communication skills;

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities;

• English proficiency at C1 level;

• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
