MagicBox is a technology-oriented 3D-visualization studio that turns complex concepts into photorealistic imagery for leading U.S. developers.

To keep pace with growing demand from American clients, we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can own the full delivery cycle—coordinating our artists, safeguarding timelines and quality, and being the friendly, pro-active point of contact for every client engagement.

What you’ll do:

• Transform client input into crystal-clear briefs – extract requirements, create Statements of Work and asset lists so artists can start fast and with confidence.

• Review architectural documents and edits from clients

• Plan and sequence tasks – build realistic schedules, assign resources and update priorities as scope evolves.

• Calculate and track project budgets – keep the team inside financial KPIs, flag variances early and propose corrective actions.

• Analyze technical documents & revision notes – spot risks in references, CAD files or mark-ups before production begins.

• Manage client communication & expectations – lead kick-off calls, provide regular status reports, agree review cycles and approvals.

• Accelerate delivery through creative problem-solving – identify process bottlenecks, automate repeatable steps and suggest unconventional shortcuts that preserve quality.

Must-have requirements:

• 3+ years as a Project Manager in the creative industries (3D/CGI, photography, video production, illustration, motion graphics or similar).

• English proficiency: B2 or higher, spoken and written. You will handle client calls, emails and presentations independently.

• Demonstrated success running multiple concurrent projects with fixed deadlines.

• Hands-on experience with at least one modern project-management platform (Airtable, Jira, Wrike, Asana, Trello, etc.).

• Solid grasp of basic production pipelines for visual or media content.

• Ability to overlap at least 4 working hours with U.S. Eastern Time.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with 3D visualization, architectural rendering or product CGI.

• Knowledge of Agile / Kanban methodologies and related metrics (cycle time, lead time).

• Experience setting up automated reports or dashboarding inside PM tools.

• Strong graphical eye—able to spot issues in accurancy, materials or composition before the client does.
