We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team.

Your tasks:

• Prepare and present management reports for the CEO, including P&L, Cash Flow, and project Gross Profit.

• Develop and update departmental budgets as needed.

• Provide company-wide analytics, including utilization, COM, AER, and partner performance.

• Review and analyze budgets on a monthly basis.

• Share data with tax specialists and review U.S. tax forms.

• Calculate bonuses for the sales team and project managers.

• Deliver custom analytics at the request of department heads or the CEO.

Your experience:

• Degree in Economics or Finance.

• Solid understanding of financial accounting.

• At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.

• Strong Excel skills (advanced level).
  Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with large data sets.
