What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build impactful features for real users alongside experienced developers and product leaders.

• Use AI tools daily to automate, improve, and scale your development output.

• Take ownership of your learning and proactively tackle challenges.

• Work directly with founders and industry experts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Hunger to learn and work hard — not years of experience

• Strong commitment to using AI tools to maximize productivity and impact

• Ability to manage your time and respect others’ time — we value focus and clarity

• English proficiency and strong communication skills

• Familiarity with our tech stack is a plus (but not required):
  AWS, C#, .NET, React, Redux, SQL, JavaScript
