HumanLab is looking for a Sales Manager to join the client’s team. The project is a large company specializing in cryptocurrency advertising, based in Tallinn, Estonia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries and help clients launch advertising campaigns;
- Conduct negotiations, identify client needs, and close deals;
- Support clients throughout the campaign lifecycle, including setup and optimization;
- Working with CRM by creating and maintaining a database, tracking all interactions with potential clients, and updating relevant information;
- Collaborate with teammates and the technical team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in active sales, with a proven ability to source leads and close deals independently;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including with international clients;
- Results-driven mindset, ability to handle objections and stay focused after rejections;
- Experience in advertising or marketing contexts (agency, tech, media, or similar);
- Solid time management and prioritization skills;
- English C1.
Nice to have:
— Familiarity with the crypto or Web3 space.
