Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CEO, CTO, and Solution Architects to define product strategy and break it into actionable plans

  • Run workshops and User Story Mapping sessions to gather and organize requirements

  • Create tasks for UI/UX teams, give feedback, and review designs with stakeholders

  • Define and maintain key product processes (Definition of Ready, Definition of Done)

  • Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and support documentation

  • Lead regular demos to share progress and collect feedback

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of financial analytics and bookkeeping (experience with Sage Intacct or Quickbooks is a plus)

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in software or web development

  • Solid knowledge of Agile and the software development lifecycle

  • Skilled in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with API analysis and documentation

  • English level B2 or higher

Nice to have:

  • Background in financefintech, or healthcare

  • Experience with banking and bookkeeping APIs (Sage Intacct preferred)

  • Worked with financial ops teams like Accounts Payable or CFOs

  • Familiar with ETL workflows, EER, and UML class diagrams

  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart/Draw.io

Our client is a US-based company providing bookkeeping and financial analytics services for the healthcare sector. We’re building a Daily Cash Projection Tool that gives CFOs real-time visibility into cash flow to support smarter payment decisions. The tool integrates with bank APIs and bookkeeping systems to automatically match invoices with transactions.
