We are seeking a dependable and experienced Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in direct communication with clients. You will be involved in both customer-facing tasks and back-office support.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner

Communicate directly with clients, explaining services and guiding them through processes

Process insurance documentation, applications, and related paperwork

Assist with general administrative and financial tasks such as invoice tracking, basic reporting, and data entry

Maintain organized records and manage digital files

Coordinate daily operations and provide flexible support to the team as needed
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably within insurance or financial services

Strong oral communication skills—you’ll be speaking directly with clients

English proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written)

Ability to work effectively during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours

Familiarity with customer support tools, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and cloud-based platforms

High attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently
