Your Responsibilities
- Prospecting potential clients via LinkedIn and other tools.
- Generating cold targeted leads.
- Using tools to automate the lead generation process.
- Managing communication with prospects and qualifying them.
- Handling objections from prospects.
- Scheduling meetings for the sales manager as a main KPI.
- Consistently maintaining and updating CRM records.
- Following up with leads to ensure engagement.
- Collaborating with a small team of a Lead Generation Manager and the Sales Lead.
Hard Skills
- Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting.
- Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., Apollo.io or similar).
- Knowledge of lead generation automation tools.
- Proficiency to optimize the work with LLMs like ChatGPT.
- Advanced proficiency in gSuite tools (gSheets, gDocs, gSlides, gCalendar, gMail).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- High conscientiousness and responsibility.
- Willing to learn and develop as a leadgen/sales specialist.
- Initiative and a proactive attitude.
- A results-oriented mindset.
- Self-discipline.
- A desire to grow professionally.
- A team player with excellent internal collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Familiarity with data enrichment tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Lusha).
- Basic skills in outbound email tools (e.g., Woodpecker, Lemlist).
- Experience with productivity tools (e.g., Jira, GitLab, Notion).
- Flexible schedule with hybrid or remote work options.
- Work equipment: MacBook Pro.
