Your Responsibilities
  • Prospecting potential clients via LinkedIn and other tools.
  • Generating cold targeted leads.
  • Using tools to automate the lead generation process.
  • Managing communication with prospects and qualifying them.
  • Handling objections from prospects.
  • Scheduling meetings for the sales manager as a main KPI.
  • Consistently maintaining and updating CRM records.
  • Following up with leads to ensure engagement.
  • Collaborating with a small team of a Lead Generation Manager and the Sales Lead.
What Skills We Value

Hard Skills
  • Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting.
  • Experience with sourcing tools (e.g., Apollo.io or similar).
  • Knowledge of lead generation automation tools.
  • Proficiency to optimize the work with LLMs like ChatGPT.
  • Advanced proficiency in gSuite tools (gSheets, gDocs, gSlides, gCalendar, gMail).
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
