Nauchsoft is an IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing. Now we are planning to expand out team and looking for a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager.

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner / Product Manager with deep hands-on experience in PPC, Google Ads, or AdTech platforms to join a fast-growing remote-first team. This role is critical to driving experimentation, growth, and innovation. You’ll co-own the roadmap alongside the Head of Engineering and CEO, making high-impact product decisions and leading with a strong sense of ownership. The ideal candidate is product-obsessed, data-driven, and thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in tech companies.

  • Proven, hands-on experience with PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Bing Ads, or AdTech tools.

  • Deep understanding of CPC/CPL metrics, ROAS, CPA, and how these drive product and user behavior.

  • Experience building tools/products for marketers or advertisers.

  • Strong experience with agile product management (Scrum/Kanban), backlog grooming, and prioritization.

  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with high autonomy and take full ownership of product outcomes.

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the product roadmap in close collaboration with the CEO and engineering leadership.

  • Lead product discovery, experimentation, and performance-based iteration cycles.

  • Prioritize product features and backlog based on business impact, customer feedback, and ROI metrics.

  • Collaborate daily with engineering and design to deliver impactful product releases.

  • Analyze performance marketing data (e.g., ROAS, CPA, CTR) to inform product decisions.

  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication of priorities.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, particularly power users in PPC and AdTech domains.

  • Maintain a transparent and well-documented backlog and roadmap in agile tools.

Nice to have
  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk).

  • Background in marketing technology (MarTech) or customer acquisition funnels.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar.

  • Exposure to UX research and data-driven product design.
