Senior Microsoft Engineer

Nauchsoft is an IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing.

Now we are planning to expand out team and looking for a Senior Microsoft Engineer.

This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, with full alignment to the Texas time zone.

We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in identity and access management, Microsoft collaboration tools, and DevOps processes, with a strong ability to adapt to evolving technology landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity and access across hybrid environments

• Maintain and integrate on-premises Active Directory Domain Services with cloud environments

• Oversee Azure DevOps administration, security setup, and lifecycle processes

• Manage Power Platform environments, including Power Apps deployment and administration

• Provide support and configuration for Power BI and Microsoft Fabric analytics

• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure operations

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Microsoft 365 and Azure services

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including hybrid identity setups

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps tools and administration

• Experience managing Power Platform environments and deploying Power Apps solutions

• Familiarity with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

• Experience working in cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments

• Strong English communication skills (B2+)

• Ability to work fully aligned to Texas (CST) time zone

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Okta administration

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, AZ-104, PL-400)

• Knowledge of Microsoft security tools and compliance frameworks

• Scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell)
