Entry/Junior Fullstack Developer (JavaScript)

We are looking for a talented and motivated Entry/Junior Level Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team to work with an innovative loan servicing system that bridges the gap between banks seeking great customers and consumers looking for flexible payment options for their home improvement projects.

In this role, you will work on core development, data management, and infrastructure tasks, contributing to the growth and scalability of the platform. The tech stack includes Node.js, React, TypeScript, and AWS infrastructure. The ideal candidate can thrive in a startup environment, is a proactive problem-solver, and has excellent spoken English skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist in developing and maintaining scalable web applications using Node, React, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to help implement and test new features.
• Learn to work across the full stack — from backend logic and APIs to frontend interfaces.
• Support data-related tasks such as basic database queries and data management.
• Contribute to infrastructure-related tasks on AWS under the guidance of senior developers.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in peer code reviews.
• Help identify and fix bugs and performance issues across the application.
• Stay curious and open to learning new technologies and best practices in software development.

You’ll Be A Great Fit If You Have:

• 1+ year of professional experience as a Full-stack Developer with JavaScript/TypeScript (React), and Node (Express).

• Understanding of web development concepts (frontend/backend, APIs, databases).

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• A strong willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative development environment.

• Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

• Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken, at least at B2 level.

• Interest in working in a startup environment, where you’ll get exposure to different aspects of the product lifecycle.

Nice-to-Have:

• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda).
• Basic knowledge of MySQL database.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs or microservices architecture.
