Сommunity manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the community of users, developers and stakeholders involved in IT-projects.
• Foster and grow an active, engaged online community through social media, forums and other digital platforms.
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote the company's IT-projects, products and initiatives.
• Monitor and moderate online discussions, ensuring a positive and constructive environment.
• Gather community feedback, insights and suggestions to inform project development and improvements.
• Create, curate and distribute content such as updates, tutorials, FAQs and newsletters relevant to the community.
• Collaborate with the technical team to coordinate community-related campaigns and events.
• Track and analyze community engagement metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  

• English Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Proven experience in community management, especially within the IT or tech industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• General understanding of IT-projects, products and technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and platforms effectively.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret engagement data.
• Creative and proactive approach to engagement and content creation.
• Knowledge of social media tools, community management software and analytics platforms.
