Our client is a comprehensive online booking and automation platform trusted by thousands of companies across Europe. The company's main goal is to help service companies grow through innovative booking tools, CRM features and a flawless customer experience.

We are expanding our international reach and are looking for a results-driven Sales/Account Manager who is fluent in both German and English to support our clients and build strong relationships in DACH and other markets.

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B clients.
Conduct product demos and consultations for potential clients in German and English.
Understand customer needs and tailor solutions using the platform.
Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing deals
Handle onboarding and provide ongoing support to clients
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer experience and feedback loops.

What We Expect:

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in SaaS)
Fluency in both English and German (B2+/C1 or higher) — written and spoken
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer orientation and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM systems and cloud-based tools.
