We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and drive the full sales cycle, from handling warm inbound leads to closing contracts and managing client accounts long-term.
What you’ll do:
- Work with inbound leads generated by our leadgen and marketing teams
- Reactivate past leads and nurture old client relationships
- Identify and pursue new outbound opportunities
- Conduct intro calls, qualify prospects, and guide them through the entire sales process
- Closely collaborate with the presale team on estimates and turn them into tailored commercial proposals
- Present and negotiate proposals with clients
- Manage client accounts after deal closure: maintain relationships, monitor satisfaction, and identify upsell opportunities
- Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM system
What we expect:
- 1+ year of experience in B2B sales in IT outsourcing
- Proven track record of closing deals of $50K or more
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle in a custom software development context
- Fluent English – both written and spoken
- Confident communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
