About us: Steinpilz Bel - R&D office of the German company Steinpilz Gmbh, HTP member. The main customer is the German company Mercedes-Benz AG. The company is currently working on 10+ projects that are used in production at 80+ factories and dealerships. Within the company, processes are built on the basis of the Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies. We use Jira, Confluence, Gitlab CI, MS Teams. Internal documentation, correspondence, meetings with the customer in English.
Responsibilities:

Communication with end user and it’s technical support

Processing of incoming Incident Tickets in English and German
-
Analysis of user's issue (go deep into user’s use case) and bug testing

Monitoring of systems and jobs running without any failures and escalating any troubles on time to the team

Elaboration of issue solution with a minimal response time

Reporting of bugs and feature requests to development team

Tracking issues status and reflecting it on Jira
-
Find common scenarios and automate them in any way possible (e.g. SQL script)

Creation and update of technical documentation

Analyzing and querying data in MS SQL database
Requirements:

Languages: German, English

Communication skills

Basic troubleshooting skills

Problem-solving
-
Databases: MS SQL Server. Simple query scripts. Understanding of general concepts.

Ability to work independently on a problem with the use of existing knowledge base (Confluence)
