We are currently seeking a proactive person, who will take a Support Specialist role in our team! The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of English and demonstrate an active and energetic approach to problem-solving and teamwork. While knowledge of the IT industry is a plus, it is not a requirement, making it an excellent opportunity for recent university graduates or individuals with related work experience.

Responsibilities:
- Complete support tickets efficiently to ensure prompt customer service;
- Communicate effectively via Intercom, ensuring compliance with SLA;
- Resolve customer queries and product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint:
- determining the cause of the problem;
- selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
- expediting correction or adjustment;
- following up to ensure resolution;
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
- Communicate with the development team and assigning tasks according to priority;
- Quickly integrate into the team and project, taking full ownership of support functions over time.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Working schedule 11:00 - 20:00 GMT+3.
Requirements:
- Great communication skills, both spoken and written;
- Fluent written and spoken English (Upper-intermediate and higher);
- Demonstrated ability to work actively and energetically in a fast-paced environment;
- Time-management and organizational skills.
Nice to have:
- Basic understanding of IT concepts is advantageous, but not essential;
- Experience using tools like Jira and Confluence;
- Experience working with customer communications platforms;
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
