We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in mobile application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Game, Health, Social Media, etc. Our team is actively growing and now we are looking for a IT Recruiter. You are able to achieve personal results, expand horizons, and test new hypotheses and channels.
Responsibilities:

Sourcing and recruiting candidates (active headhunting, working with resume databases, social media, and recruiting platforms);

Conducting interviews and assessing soft & hard skills;
-
Collaborating with hiring managers and department heads;
-
Organizing the onboarding process for new employees;
-
Maintaining HR documentation (if required);

Analyzing the labor market and competitors.
Requirements: -
Recruitment experience of 2 years;
-
Knowledge of candidate sourcing and assessment methods;

Proficiency with ATS;

Experience with LinkedIn, Telegram channels, and other sourcing tools;

Strong communication skills, stress resistance, and attention to detail;

English proficiency (B2+ level)
