HTML5 Banner Designer

Human Lab is looking for a HTML5 Banner Designer to join the team of our client — an ad network focused on Web3 projects. The role is centered around the development of static and animated HTML5 banners for online advertising campaigns. We’re looking for someone with strong visual skills, attention to detail, and proven experience in creating engaging animated digital ads.

Responsibilities:

• Design static and animated HTML5 banners for web advertising campaigns.

• Create smooth, eye-catching animations in line with campaign goals and brand guidelines.

• Adapt designs across multiple formats and screen sizes (desktop, mobile, etc.).

• Prepare visual assets and export files in accordance with platform specs and technical requirements.

• Optimize banners for performance (file size, loading time) without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in animation — ability to design and animate HTML5 banners from concept to export is essential.

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design.

• Knowledge of Adobe Animate and Google Web Designer.

• Strong understanding of animation principles, composition, typography, and digital layout.

• Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.

• English at B1+.
