We are looking for a talented and ambitious Data Analyst.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support marketing, working with large datasets in BigQuery, and building reports and dashboards to optimize campaigns, customer segmentation, and overall marketing performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the marketing and the product directions by providing analyses, reports, and data-driven recommendations to improve campaigns, customer segmentation, and marketing performance.
- Design web and mobile app analytics, prepare documentation, and monitor implementation of changes.
- Analyze data from multiple sources, including BigQuery and data warehouses, to identify trends, patterns, and areas for optimization.
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports on campaign effectiveness, conversion, user behavior, and digital channel performance.
- Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights to business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and proper business interpretation.
- Identify data gaps and suggest improvements in reporting systems and data sources.
- Contribute to building a strong analytics culture by sharing knowledge, standardizing reports, and promoting best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst / Digital Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of BigQuery and SQL, with the ability to write complex queries and work with large datasets.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, or other web analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience in implementing analytics for websites and mobile applications.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Looker Studio (building dashboards + interpreting results for business).
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to extract insights and provide actionable recommendations.
- Independence, accuracy, and ability to manage large volumes of information.
- Good command of English for professional communication.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to share knowledge and promote analytics culture.
Nice to have:
- Practical knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience in FX, brokerage, or trading platforms.
Work setup
-Fully remote working option is available. Remote job is acceptable.
