ICT Support System Administrator

Nauchsoft is expanding the team and looking for an ICT Support System Administrator to ensure smooth IT operations and provide reliable support to our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive IT support to company employees (hardware, software, network);

• Prepare and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices for new and existing users;

• Diagnose and resolve incidents related to operating systems, applications, and equipment;

• Maintain, configure, and deliver computer equipment and peripherals;

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure stable and secure IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Experience diagnosing and resolving IT issues;

• Practical experience with domain networks;

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals;

• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN;

• Good knowledge of Windows 10;

• Experience supporting MS Office 2016/2019/2024/365;

• Knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016/2022);

• Basic/intermediate knowledge of Linux (Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS);

• Strong customer service orientation, communication skills;

• English: Pre-Intermediate level (ability to read technical documentation).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket);

• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Bash, Python;

• Experience with VMware Workstation & ESXi;

• Familiarity with Acronis tools;

• Basic knowledge of macOS.
