Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze customer requirements

• Formalize and document requirements

• Communicate with the designer based on requirements

• Prepare and describe tasks for the development team

• Support the team during implementation

Tools:

• Confluence, Jira

• Figma

• Google Docs / Sheets

Experience and knowledge:

• Experience in the healthcare domain is desirable

Practical experience with the following functions:

• Medical appointments

• Employee onboarding

• Chats

• Scheduling/shift management

• Experience with HIPAA is a plus

Soft skills:

• Adaptability and ability to quickly dive into a new project

• Analytical and critical thinking

• Ability to structure information and ask the right questions

• Product thinking and decision-making skills

• Competitive analysis skills

• Ability to work in a team

• English — B2+ / C1
