Chief Project Officer

Real-estate visualization & interactive studio (renderings, animations, virtual tours) serving US & Worldwide clients.

Role purpose

Build and improve the studio’s operating system and level up Project Coordinators so delivery is predictable, fast, and pleasant for clients.

What you’ll do

• Lead Project Coordinators and the operational layer for 6–7 teams (5–6 people each).
• Operational layer = processes & standards, weekly cadence, simple templates, QA gates, clear statuses, escalations.
• Run stand-ups with the team.
• Build processes: short policies, checklists, weekly rituals (planning, demos, retros), clean comms rules.
• Coach & audit coordinators: email/call scripts, “two options” approach, case reviews, onboarding.
• Oversee client-managers communication and service tone together with US account managers.
• Translate founders’ goals into team KPIs and simple incentives; enable transparent reporting.
• Keep team morale healthy; prevent burnout; resolve conflicts early; cut busywork.
• Hire and spin up extra hands/assistants for urgent or non-standard work.
• Tools: Airtable, Slack (plus minimal extras).

Not your scope

This is a leadership role, not day-to-day project management. You will not:

• Manage artists’ daily tasks or schedules.
• Control budgets or track hours on a task level.
• Handle client follow-ups for missing assets.

Your focus is on building systems, mentoring coordinators, and ensuring delivery excellence across teams — not doing operational execution yourself.

Requirements

• 4+ years in Operations / Project Management (people + process leadership).
• Experience in creative/production (CGI/digital/design) is a plus.
• English B2+; comfortable with regular US-time calls.
• Proven ability to simplify workflows and train teams.

Schedule and format

• Minsk office, full-time; 4h US overlap availability.
• Official employment per Belarus labor code.
