We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to join our team and help roll out ServiceNow across the company. In this role, you will revolutionize how employees get help within the organization and assist teams across the business in improving their help processes. You’ll be helping to configure and maintain our ServiceNow environment, and you’ll work alongside our ServiceNow Engineering and BSAs.

The client is an American product company (CRM system), the leader in their industry - marketing and sales. In 2021, it entered the world's top 50 companies with the best corporate culture, being in the top 5 along with Microsoft and Adobe.

This role resides within our System Operations team, which comprises system engineers and administrators responsible for the company’s IT server and application infrastructure.

What You'll do:

Operational Support

• Support the platform to ensure stability, upgradeability, integrity and efficient operation of the platform.
• Execute upgrades and install patch/fixes, Investigate and resolve incidents
• Work closely with the various teams across HubSpot leveraging ServiceNow Solution Development and Delivery
• Work with key stakeholders (process owners, service owners, etc) to match requirements with platform capabilities.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and story creation all the way through to solution development and testing.
• Develop innovative solutions that deliver high value business outcomes.

Example tasks:

• Build new UI components for the application
• Develop automation flows and integrations between ServiceNow and other systems

What’s important for us:

We are looking for people who have:

• Valid ServiceNow Administrator certification
• Strong understanding of ITSM and ITAM processes, customizations, and best practices.
• Ability to build or modify scripts using Javascript, HTML or other languages as necessary
• Experience building new integrations with Integration Hub
• REST API experience or Scripted Web Services
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced oral, written and presentation communications including the ability to present technical information in a way that non-technical audiences will understand
• English: B1+

Will be a plus:

• Experience with multiple ServiceNow platform products desired (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM,GRC, Security Operations, CSM, Scoped/Custom Applications)
• Experience with Flow Designer
• Ability to occasionally visit a regional office
