Responsibilities:

  • Research accounts and personas (role, triggers, tech stack, initiatives) and prepare personalized multi-touch outreach sequences.
  • Launch interconnected funnels: LinkedIn → Email → Voice Bot → Follow-up via the appropriate channel.
  • Create and test InMail, email scripts, voice bot scripts; run A/B tests on hook messages and landing offers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to package ABM offers, assessments, or sample cases tailored to a specific account’s pain points.
  • Maintain CRM (stages, tags, sources, deduplication, SLA for lead handling), qualify leads, and book meetings.
  • Report metrics: account/persona reach, open/reply rates, positive replies, meetings booked, pain points collected.


Requirements:
  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation / SDR roles.
  • Hands-on experience running 1-few / 1-many campaigns: account research, channel orchestration, personalized outreach.
  • Proficient in LinkedIn automation: confident use of Sales Navigator / GetSales and automation tools (safe limits, account rotation, anti-blocking practices).
  • Cold email operations: experience with tools like Instantly or similar for multi-step sequences, email verification, multi-inbox strategies, and deliverability monitoring.
  • Slack/Discord outreach: experience working with communities (ethics, format, CTA), understanding how to generate leads without spamming.
  • Strong CRM discipline (Zoho or others): reporting, segmentation, source tagging.
  • Outbound copywriting in English (B2+ level): ability to write concise, value-driven messages.
  • Analytical mindset: running A/B tests, interpreting metrics (open/click/reply/positive reply, meeting rate, PQL), confident in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Practical experience with the following toolset: Sales Navigator, GetSales (or another Linkedin automation tools), Instantly (or similar), Apollo, Clay, AI tools in the way of content creation.
  • Product lead generation orientation is a plus.
