The IRIS is an international mobile marketing agency headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We work in Mobile & Web Marketing, Ad Tech, and Affiliate Marketing, helping major global brands (like CBS and Twitter) acquire new users and leads.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across global markets. While our clients are located all over the world, the majority of our sales come from Tier-1 regions (US, Canada, Europe) - so proven experience working with these markets is essential. This is a full-cycle sales role with a focus on cold outreach (email & LinkedIn) - no cold calling involved.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect, engage, and convert new clients globally

  • Run online meetings, presentations, and negotiations

  • Manage the entire sales cycle up to contract signing

  • Keep Pipedrive CRM updated and meet/exceed KPIs

  • Build long-term client relationships to generate new opportunities

What we expect

  • Higher education

  • 1+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably digital marketing, SaaS, or tech)

  • Proven experience working with Western clients (US/EU)

  • Strong LinkedIn presence and practical outreach experience

  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher

  • Fast learner, proactive, goal-oriented, and responsible

What we offer

  • Fixed salary: $500-800 net (depending on experience) + performance-based bonuses (% of gross profit from your clients)

  • Hybrid format (office + remote)

  • 8-hour workday, flexible start (9:00–10:00 AM, GMT+3)

  • Official employment under Belarusian Labor Code
