SMM Manager

Rapid Dev is a no-code development team working with clients across the U.S. and Europe to build innovative web and mobile applications. We’re passionate about delivering impactful digital products quickly and effectively.

Now, we’re expanding our reach and looking for a proactive SMM / Partnership Manager who can help us build meaningful collaborations, drive engagement, and amplify client projects across social platforms.

This role begins in a hourly format (15–20 hours per week). Based on performance and stability, there is potential to transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage social media collaborations with clients to maximize reach and engagement

• Identify, connect with, and coordinate influencers to launch impactful partnerships

• Drive visibility of client projects through daily posts, stories, and short-form video content

• Foster authentic engagement with online communities (comments, DMs, shares, discussions)

• Track, analyze, and report key social media metrics to continuously optimize campaigns

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (social media management, influencer partnerships, or community coordination)

• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (native-level fluency preferred)

• Strong knowledge of the U.S. social media market for AI solutions and custom apps

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Creative mindset with a strong eye for engaging, trend-aware content

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote, freelance/hourly setup
