Middle Business Analyst / Product Manager

After the success of our VPN Lumos project (Top 5 VPN apps on the App Store and Google Play), we are launching a new product — Toggle.
Its mission is to make digital technologies and online security simple and accessible, while also providing users with modern tools to protect themselves on the internet.

Our first commercial product — Toggle VPN — is already available on Android, and by the end of the year we are planning a large-scale rollout across all major platforms: iOS, macOS, Windows, Apple TV, Android TV, and more.

We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst / Product Manager to join our WEB team and help us grow this ecosystem, creating products that make the internet safer and more convenient for millions of users.

Location: Minsk
Format of work: full-time role with flexible start times and a hybrid setup (4 days in the office, 1 remote)

What You'll Do:

• driveI product development according to the roadmap: manage timelines, refine priorities, and keep tasks up to date;

• gather and document requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle;

• prioritize, plan, and assign tasks to the team;

• monitor key product metrics in Amplitude, GA4, Stripe, and Campaignswell;

• identify and validate product hypotheses, research the market and competitors;

• collect and analyze user feedback to uncover growth opportunities;

• support preparation and execution of A/B tests for landing pages, analyze and document results.

What We Expect from You:

Hard skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager;

• solid understanding of the product lifecycle and product analytics principles;

• strong requirement documentation skills (user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams);

• experience working with analytics tools (GA4, Amplitude, or similar);

• hands-on experience with billing systems (Stripe or similar) and subscription-based monetization models;

• english (spoken and written) at B1–B2 level or higher (for documentation and localization).

Soft skills

• excellent communication skills: ability to collaborate with stakeholders and the team;

• attention to detail and accuracy in documentation;

• ability to structure complex information and explain it in simple terms;

• flexibility and adaptability to change;

• strong focus on results rather than processes.

Nice to have:

• technical background;
• technical education (higher degree or specialized courses) and an interest in information security technologies.
