Customer Support Specialist

ValueSoft is a product company and a Hi-Tech Park resident. We develop services for analyzing sports events. Our main project helps users find arbitrage opportunities (surebets) — it is used by clients worldwide.

What you will do:

• No calls. Communication with users of our products is only through corporate systems (email, chat), forums, and social networks.

• Assist users: answer questions and resolve issues quickly and clearly.

• Work closely with developers — translate customer requests and feedback into clear technical language.

• Update the knowledge base and write practical articles for users.

• Translate and review the quality of website content.

What matters for this role:

• Excellent English (written required), C1 level. Please send your CV in English.

• Experience in customer support for IT products, technical support, account management, or similar fields.

• Strong communication skills: ability to respond clearly, briefly, and politely in Russian and English (and in other languages with tools like LLMs).

• Comfortable with routine tasks, empathetic, and stress-resistant: able to respond calmly and professionally to repetitive, emotional, or provocative user requests.

• Experience in writing articles, manuals, or documentation.

A plus would be:

• A degree from MSLU (English major) or international certificates (TOEFL, ELTIS, etc.).

• Interest in sports events and betting, or experience in this industry.

• Experience running a blog or channel — feel free to include a link.
