About You and the Role:
Have you been in IT sales or lead generation for 1-2 years? Do you feel you're ready for more, but lack a clear path and support to become a Sales Manager?

What You'll Do:
- Develop and test strategies to attract high-quality leads in the European market.

Engage with market-leading clients: You'll have the chance to connect with globally recognized companies and build a high-value professional network.
- Build relationships with potential clients through various channels (e-mail, calls, social media).
- Conduct initial qualification and discovery calls, turning cold contacts into real business opportunities.
- Work with lead generation tools.
- Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation within the IT industry. You understand the sales cycle and the specifics of the tech market.
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail for accurate lead qualification.
- A results-oriented drive and a desire for financial and professional growth.
