AI Engineer / AI Prompt Engineer

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented AI Prompt Engineer / AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize AI tools and workflows across our business to support marketing, sales, inventory management, lead generation, and customer communications.

Prompt Design & Optimization

• Develop and maintain prompt libraries/templates for marketing copy, product descriptions, SEO, and customer support.

• Create and test multi-step prompt workflows for sales outreach, lead qualification, and CRM automation.

• Continuously refine prompts to improve accuracy and reduce bias.

AI Tools & Integrations

• Build AI workflows to automate data entry, customer inquiries, and inventory categorization.

• Collaborate with developers to integrate AI models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, custom LLMs) into internal systems.

• Explore and deploy plug-ins, APIs, and no-code/low-code AI platforms for quick wins.

Testing & Quality Control

• Conduct A/B tests on prompt variations to measure performance.

• Monitor output quality, tone, compliance, and cost.

• Document findings and create clear internal guidelines for AI use.

Data & Knowledge Management

• Curate and manage knowledge bases to give AI models the most relevant and up-to-date information.

• Maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality.

• English C1+

• Professional in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience with large language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) and prompt engineering.

• Familiarity with API integrations, and workflow automation tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.

• Excellent communication skills — able to translate business needs into technical requirements.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.

• Ability to work following 17:00 to 1:00 (UTC-5)
