Senior Product Manager — Embedded Payments & Orchestration Platform

As Senior Product Manager, you will:

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for core product domains such as:
• Merchant onboarding, underwriting & hierarchical account structures
• Payment orchestration flows - card & ACH acceptance, routing, retries
• Split payments, fee management, and payouts
• Compliance workflows (AML/KYC/PCI)
• Define product vision aligned with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, compliance, operations and commercial teams
• Translate complex payment workflows into elegant, scalable platform features
• Conduct customer discovery and market/competitive research to identify opportunities
• Set and track KPIs and product success metrics
• Evangelize product direction with internal stakeholders & external partners

Requirements

Must Have:

• 5+ years in Product Management within fintech / payments / banking / B2B platforms
• Hands-on experience with payment processing, merchant onboarding, PayFac models or payment orchestration
• Strong understanding of payment flows (card, ACH), compliance (KYC, AML, PCI)
• Experience working with API-first or platform products
• Data-driven mindset — comfortable with metrics, dashboards and experimentation
• Excellent communication skills — able to align both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ownership mindset and ability to thrive in scaling, fast-moving environments
• English level B2 or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi-party settlements / split payments
• Background in SaaS or ISV enablement
• Exposure to reconciliation, payouts, risk or fraud systems
• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior PMs
