Compliance Specialist

Nauchsoft is an international IT consulting and software development company. We have been in the IT business for 36 years and continue growing. We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to support internal and external projects by ensuring compliance with legal requirements, international standards, and company policies. The role involves consulting on compliance matters across various domains (Healthcare, Finance, etc.), maintaining certification processes, and driving internal initiatives related to audits, policies, and documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide compliance consulting within commercial projects (for PMs, BAs, etc.) regarding regulations, standards, and internal policies and processes;
• Support project documentation management (planning, reviewing, consulting);
• Participate in project meetings as a compliance advisor and assist in risk assessment;
• Prepare compliance documentation for tenders or client contracts;
• Conduct internal audits and prepare audit-related documentation (audit scenarios/questionnaires and reports);
• Provide consulting for research and assessment projects to identify compliance and legal requirements;
• Support marketing and legal teams by providing evidence of security and compliance systems (surveys, policy copies, etc.);
• Maintain the company’s certification framework (e.g., ISO): coordination, evidence collection, documentation updates;
• Manage communication with auditors and regulatory bodies;
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures;
• Contribute to internal initiatives: compliance obligations database, internal training sessions, and knowledge base.

Requirements:

• Experience in compliance, audit, legal, or risk management roles (preferably in IT or software development);
• Proven experience in Healthcare and Financial (BFSI) domains, including regulatory compliance and data protection specifics;
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 9001, etc.) and certification processes;
• Strong analytical and documentation skills;
• Fluent English (B2+): both written and spoken;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience working with marketing or legal teams on compliance matters;
• Understanding of QMS (Quality Management Systems);
• Familiarity with project-based work (IT outsourcing, consulting, or similar);
• Knowledge of Polish or other European languages.
