HumanLab is looking for a Project Manager to join the client’s team — a leading Web3 advertising network headquartered in Estonia.

This is a new role, and you’ll have the opportunity to build project management processes from scratch and shape how the team operates.

Team: technical product team (developers, designer and stakeholders).

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and implement efficient project management processes from the ground up;
• Coordinate the work of the technical product team — ensuring clarity, priorities, and smooth delivery;
• Manage timelines, resources, and communication between tech, design, and business teams;
• Track progress and proactively resolve blockers;
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile mindset is a must);
• Maintain project documentation and ensure transparency across stakeholders;
• Continuously improve workflows, communication, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Manager in tech / digital / product teams;
• Experience launching or structuring project management processes from zero is a strong advantage;
• Understanding of development cycles and basic technical background (web or mobile projects);
• English level — B2 (daily communication with international colleagues);
• Strong communication and organizational skills — ability to align, motivate, and guide the team;
• Proactive mindset and ownership — ready to take initiative and make things happen;
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.

Nice to have:

• Experience in AdTech, Web3, or product companies;
• Experience in startup or fast-paced environments.
