Flutter developer

Human Lab is looking for a Flutter Developer to join the project.

We are searching for a developer with strong technical expertise and excellent English skills (B2 or higher), ready to strengthen a high-impact international product and drive its further development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter and Dart.
• Create high-quality, responsive UI and ensure smooth performance on iOS and Android.
• Integrate features with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Work with local storage, push notifications, analytics, and deployment.
• Maintain high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and designers.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in Flutter development.
• English B2+ (mandatory, daily communication with the team).
• Knowledge of Dart and modern mobile application architecture.
• Experience integrating APIs, managing state, and optimizing performance.
• Understanding of native development using Kotlin (Android) or Swift (iOS).
