We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain. We are actively growing and currently looking for a Lead Generation Specialist (SDR) to help us expand our presence in the German-speaking (DACH) market.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads in the DACH region via LinkedIn.
- Manage 2–3 LinkedIn profiles for targeted outreach campaigns.
- Research companies and key decision-makers (especially within consulting, finance, and tech).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team and provide feedback on outreach performance.
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation, SDR, or B2B sales.
- Excellent German and English skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools.
- Understanding of business culture and market nuances in the DACH region.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
