We are looking for a meticulous and passionate QA Engineer to join our team working for a leading U.S.-based healthcare technology company providing practice management software for aesthetic clinics, medspas, and wellness centers. Hundreds of clinics across the country trust us to streamline operations, improve patient experience, and grow their practices. Responsibilities - Perform thorough functional, regression, integration, and compatibility testing using manual and automated tests (Robot framework or similar) - Create and execute tests; - Identify, document, and track bugs with precise steps to reproduce, expected results, and evidence (screenshots, videos, logs). - Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved completely. - Support release processes and certify that builds are ready for deployment to the App Store. Requirements - 3-5+ years of professional experience in testing. - 2+ years of professional experience with SQL - python experience - experience in automation - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, types, and processes (SDLC, STLC). - Proven experience in creating clear and concise test documentation (test cases, bug reports, test plans). - Experience with data migration or integration projects involving large volumes of data, ETL. - Experience with REST APIs using tools like Postman. - Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) - B1+ for effective communication with the team Nice to Have - Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical software development. - Familiarity with HIPAA compliance standards and security testing principles. - Prior experience working in a SaaS environment.
